Tactical Boards - Managing Benchmarks

In Emergent, Administrators have the ability to define the Benchmarks available to each Incident Type on the Tactical Board. 

From the Benchmarks tab, Administrators can add new Benchmarks, edit the names of existing Benchmarks as well as create and edit subtasks of a Benchmark.
