Tactical Boards - Managing Timers

In Emergent, Administrators have the ability to define the timer for task completion on incidents, as well as define reasons the time can be reset.

Timers

The Timer controls the color of the avatars on the iPad app.

Total - The total amount of time tasks are expected to take
Yellow - The remaining time on the tasks at which point the avatars turn yellow if it is not complete
Red - The remaining time on the task at which point the avatars will turn red if it is not complete
CAN Intervals - Condition, Action & Needs interval - completely separate from the Total, Yellow and Red

Timer Reset Reasons

Sets a list of reasons for the timer to be reset in the iPad app.

NOTE - Timers are not specific to an Incident Type. The same times are applied to all incident types, and Functional Areas to which a unit is assigned.
