Why Aren't my Changes Showing on the iPad

Changes that Require an Emergent Push


Certain updates, edits and new records performed in the Portal currently need Emergent to trigger a push to the iPad in order for those change to be seen by the end users.  


If you need any of the following changes pushed to the iPad, please submit a ticket.   


For changes to a user's role, the user just needs to log out and log in again to get the new changes.
