Navigating the Checklist Module

The Emergent Checklist Module is flexible and allows for users to easily customize their view to see and manage outstanding checklists as needed.

MY CHECKLISTS

Users can navigate between MY CHECKLISTS and ALL CHECKLISTS.  The My Checklist view allows users to set the filters along the top of the screen and the left side to see just the checklists based on their needs.  Once these filters are set, they will persist for the user.  The Checklist dashboard will only show checklists that are currently due or past due based on the schedule setup for the checklist.

The example above is set to show all Apparatus checklists assigned to unit E61, all Shift checklists regardless of what shift they are assigned to, and all Station checklists, regardless of what station they are for.  The user will not see any Personnel checklists as that is not selected.

ALL CHECKLISTS

The ALL CHECKLISTS option allows users to see the currently due and past due checklists ignoring the filters set across the top.  This can be handy when needing to find a checklist that is not in the normal list, such as wanting to verify if a different checklist has been completed for that day.

ADD CHECKLIST

The ADD CHECKLIST button allows the users to create a checklist to be completed on an adhoc basis.  This can be for a checklist that is set as adhoc, and doesn't have a recurring schedule, or for a scheduled checklist that needs to be completed off schedule.

When adding a Checklist, select the checklist to be completed and then specify the assignment.  In the example above, the checklist is an Apparatus checklist, so the assignment is the list of Apparatus.
