Navigating the Inspection Module

The Emergent Inspection Module allows for Inspectors to work from a detailed schedule of inspections as well as complete the inspections on their schedule working towards the inspection due dates, allowing agencies to drive their policies.

Scheduled Inspections

The Scheduled Inspections tab allows the Inspector to see all inspections that are scheduled for them to complete that day.  A "Scheduled Inspection" is an inspection that was created in the Inspection scheduler with a specific date and time assigned for the inspection to occur.  Similar to setting an appointment on a calendar.

Unscheduled Inspections

The Unscheduled Inspections tab allows the Inspector to see all the inspections with a due date within the next month.  These inspections have no specific date and time assigned to them to be completed, merely a due date which the inspections must be completed by.

Both the Scheduled Inspections and Unscheduled Inspections have the same interface.  The difference is only what inspections display in the list of inspections on the left side.

TODAY

Displays all past due inspections and inspections scheduled for today.

ALL

Displays all past due inspections and inspections scheduled to be completed in the next 30 days.

The map is interactive and allows the user to pan and zoom like they would in any Apple map.

The pointer icon on the map will return the map to the selected location of the inspection if they have panned away.
The right angle arrow icon will take the user to Apple Maps (or whatever their default mapping app is set to) and navigate them from their current location to the inspection property address

Tap Begin Inspection to start the inspection.
