International Code Council Fire Book Codes
Agencies using the International Code Council Fire Book Codes (ICC) for their inspection will see all of the ICC Violations as options for selection when accessing the Inspection tab.
The Inspector can select the appropriate violations and a pop-up window will appear. On this pop-up, the inspector can add a further description, notes or comments in the Description Occurrence field, take a photo of the violation and indicate if the violation was corrected while on-site. The Inspector can record multiple occurrences of the same violation by clicking the ADD button. If the violation code associated with the selected violation widget is not what the Inspector is looking for, they can click EDIT and browse the list of other violation codes and select the most appropriate one. Finally, the Inspector can set the Reinspection Period by selecting the appropriate timeframe from the dropdown. This process can be repeated for each violation that occurs at the location.
