Inspections Summary and Signatures
The final step of completing the Inspection is reviewing the Inspection on the Inspection's Summary tab and obtaining the signature of the occupant and inspector.
The Summary displays what will be emailed in the inspection report to the occupancy contact. It contains:
- The Name of the Inspector
- The Type of Inspection & Date
- The Occupancy being inspected
- A Summary of the Violations
- Any Inspection Notes captured
- Signature of the Occupancy Contact
- Signature of the Inspector
As with Checklists, the Inspector can create a signature they can use for on all inspections going forward by checking the Set as Default Signature box. Then on future inspections, they can just press the Use Default Signature button.
