Checklist Question Types
When creating Checklist Questions, the Category field determines the type of question that will be presented to the end user.
The options are:
- Pass/Fail: A true or false type of answer to the question
- The default option when creating new questions
- Provides the option to Require Comments on Fail
- Provides the option to flag the unit as Out of Service (OOS) upon Fail
- Provides the option to add photos
When viewed in the iPad app the question will look like:
- Text: A freeform text answer to the question
- Provides the option to add photos
When viewed in the iPad app the question will look like:
- Single Select: Provides the ability to build a set of answers for a dropdown list
- Click the plus button to add addition answers to the pick list.
- The order of the answers will drive the order the answers display in the iPad app
- Provides the option to add photos
When viewed in the iPad app the question will look like:
- Numeric: Provides a number only answer to the question
- User can enter the number from a "numeric keypad" in the app.
- Provides the option to add photos
