Occupancy Contacts
Each Occupancy/Location can have multiple contacts to facilitate inspections.
If permissions allow, the user can add or edit contacts from this location.
The required fields are:
- First Name - the name of the contact
- Type - Select from pick-list to best describe the contact type
While not required, it is strongly recommended when possible to provide:
- Phone Number - for contacting the location
- Email Address - for sending the inspection report, if no email address exists the inspection report cannot be emailed and must instead be printed and mailed.
The Contact Information can also be viewed and edited from the iPad allowing Inspectors to complete additional contact information as they conduct their inspection.
