Contact Roles & Contact Types
Emergent enables Administrators to configure Contact attributes for their Occupancy and Inspection gathering efforts. Administrators can define both Contact Type and Contact Role for the Occupancy.
Contact Roles
The Contact Role can be assigned to a contact to further describe the role that contact place for the location. This is fully configurable by the agency. Common examples of Contact Roles are:
- Primary Contact
- After Hours Contact
- Emergency Contact
The Required fields are both:
- Name - what the contact role is called
- Status - true = active, false = inactive
Contact Types
The Contact Type can be assigned to a contact to further describe their responsibility at the location. This is fully configurable by the agency. Common examples of the Contact Types are:
- Business Owner
- Site Manager
- Contractor
The Required fields are both:
- Name - what the contact type is called
- Status - true = active, false = inactive
